One of the best scenes in Beauty and the Beast was when the prince showed Bell his extensive library, and she twirls around happily at the sight of the tall bookshelves filled with books. I remember my adolescent self gasping just as she did, wishing that someday I would have a library of my own. Right now I only have one bookshelf in my room, and I'm slowly building my collection. It looks quite wimpy compared to these home libraries. After six months of not giving myself time to read, I crave nothing more than being in one of these large interior spaces, filled with natural lighting and books. It looks like tomorrow I'll be spending the majority of my day at Half Price Books, while the rest of Americans celebrate Independence Day. Clearly, I have my priorities straight.
I love all of these libraries! As you already know, I want an extensive library myself. I am also trying to start my own collection. :D
