Tomato Cobbler
If you know me, you would know that I don't cook very often. One reason is because my mom always took care of that. She is a fantastic cook! However, I am now living 3 hours away from her, and although I do not have the luxury of eating Vietnamese food every day, I definitely get to experiment with some non-asian recipes. I got this recipe from Lottie and Doof, and it sounded easy to make with simple ingredients. Hopefully by the time I have a family of my own, I will have an arsenal of recipes stored away in my head to cook for my lovely family.
UPDATE ON THE TASTE
Okay...the first bite sent me straight to heaven and back. Seriously. If you think it looks good, then you would be blown away by its taste. The buttery cheesy biscuit is crunchy on top and soft underneath, and combined with the tarty taste of the cherry tomatoes? Yea, this recipe is definitely going down in the books. Any one wants a to organize a potluck party so that I can make this again? I promise, you won't be disappointed!
